DELIVERY POLICY

The products offered by Eskis.com are creations and may require the work of designers once ordered. The time between the order and the shipment of the order may therefore vary. For any request for information you can contact us by email at support@eskis.com, our team will be happy to answer you and inform you.

In general, packages are shipped within 3 working days after the order status has changed to processed, and up to 30 days maximum for products requiring it (in accordance with our Limited Series concept and as part of an Ecological Ethic, some of our items are produced on demand and shipped within 20 working days max).

They are shipped by DHL or Colissimo, with a tracking number and delivered against signature.
Shipments are delivered to the Recipient's address provided by the Customer but are not necessarily
hand-delivered to the designated Recipient. Shipments to addresses with a central receiving area will be delivered to this area. Regardless of the delivery method chosen, we will send you a link by email to track your package online or the carrier directly with your order number in the title.

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. Preparation costs are fixed, while transport costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you group all your items in a single order. We cannot group two orders placed separately and shipping costs apply to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items.

The packaging dimensions are appropriate and your items are properly protected.
